Brookfield REIT has a limited operating history, and its operating history should not be relied upon due to the changes to its business resulting from the adviser transition, including the engagement of Brookfield REIT Adviser LLC (the “Adviser”) and Brookfield Private Wealth LLC and the changes to Brookfield REIT’s board of directors, executive officers and investment portfolio.
